About the role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Coordinator to join our YMCA Kedron Outside School Hours Care service on an exciting 6-month contract.
As the Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of educators, create engaging programs for children, and play a key role in building inclusive, vibrant communities.

What you'll do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
Develop fun, child-led programs
Lead and support a team of passionate educators
Ensure high standards in compliance, administration,



and safety
Build strong connections with families, schools and the local community
Create a space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow
What you'll bring
A Diploma in Children's Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
Demonstrated experience in children's programming and service operations
Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
