Stores & Materials Coordinator
to support our engineers and production teams by managing purchasing, inventory and material flow. You'll play a vital role in keeping our projects moving, ensuring components are available when they're needed and helping turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world products.

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for keeping materials moving across the business by:
Managing purchase orders from request through to delivery
Building strong relationships with suppliers and monitoring delivery schedules
Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials
Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
Preparing kits and issuing materials to production and engineering teams
Coordinating outgoing shipments and logistics
Monitoring stock levels and proactively managing replenishment
Identifying supply risks and helping resolve material shortages
Supporting continuous improvement of stores,
purchasing and inventory processes
What we're looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in purchasing, stores, inventory or materials coordination
Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem solving and following up suppliers
Experience using inventory, ERP or purchasing systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO**** or qualifications in warehousing, logistics or business administration are advantageous but not essential.
