In this role, you will support the end-to-end management of international shipments, logistics performance, commercial analysis, and distribution centre operations. This position offers excellent exposure to global supply chain activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
How You Will Add Value
Coordinate inbound international shipments and monitor key shipping milestones
Manage shipping delays, identify risks, and communicate proactively with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders
Support freight cost management and shipping optimisation initiatives
Assist with KPI reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Maintain and enhance Excel-based reporting and Power BI dashboards
Support supplier performance monitoring and commercial review processes
Track inbound containers and assist with distribution centre operations and fulfilment activities
Manage order tracking, exception handling, and service level performance monitoring
Contribute to supply chain projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives
About You
Recently completed or currently undertaking a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate Excel skills with an interest in reporting and data analysis
Exposure to Power BI is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curious,
proactive and eager to learn across all areas of supply chain operations
Previous internship, part-time work or exposure to logistics, warehousing or operations is highly regarded but not essential
