About the Role
Our client, Kurri Kurri Bowling Club, is seeking a motivated and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team.
The Club offers a relaxed dining experience supported by an extensive beverage range and a vibrant entertainment schedule. With exciting projects on the horizon, this is a great prospect for a hospitality professional who takes pride in quality, consistency and teamwork.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality meals to members and guests while maintaining strong kitchen standards and supporting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with menu standards
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Support stock control, ordering and waste management processes
Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance




Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Contribute to a positive, efficient and professional kitchen environment
About You
You are a hands-on and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will bring:
Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
Strong technical cooking skills and food knowledge
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work nights and weekends
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
