We're looking for someone who can confidently manage their own caseload while working collaboratively within the Swell Life team.

ASSESS
– Understand the person, their movement, biomechanics and goals.
RESET
– Hands-on physiotherapy to improve pain, mobility and movement.
REBUILD
– Strength, core and pelvic stability, posture, rehabilitation and movement retraining.
INTEGRATE
– Return to work, running, gym, Pilates, sport and everyday life.
Our practitioners work collaboratively so clients feel supported by the entire Swell Life team.
The Role
You'll work from our treatment rooms within
BioFit Noarlunga
, with access to a full gym environment for active rehabilitation.
Your caseload may include:
Musculoskeletal and spinal presentations
Sports injuries
Running and biomechanical presentations
Post-operative rehabilitation
Core, pelvic and postural rehabilitation
Gym-based rehabilitation
Injury prevention and performance
There is an established pathway for
internal referrals and client handovers from our Senior Physiotherapist
,



alongside opportunities to develop your own caseload and areas of interest.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has ideally
3+ years' physiotherapy experience
Holds current AHPRA registration
Is confident with hands-on musculoskeletal treatment
Enjoys active rehabilitation and strength progression
Can independently manage and retain a caseload
Builds genuine rapport with clients
Communicates clearly and provides clients with a plan
Enjoys working collaboratively rather than in isolation
Is keen to participate in regular career development
Is willing to contribute ideas and educational content to help grow the clinic
Wants to become part of Swell Life — not simply work at Swell Life
Experience or a strong interest in
sports physiotherapy, running, Clinical Pilates, women's health or strength and conditioning
would be highly regarded.
What We Offer
$45–$55/hour + super
, depending on experience
Approximately
