About the Centre:
Milestones Early Learning North Boambee, located on the lush Coffs Coast are looking for a Qualified Assistant Centre Manager
We are a 65 place centre located on the beautiful Coffs coast. With three room where educators have the chance to build long lasting connections and meaningful bonds with children, we pride ourselves on our Outstanding Professionalism and sense of belonging to part of a team. Our small team allows for great working conditions and professional relationships that make the work setting enjoyable. About the Role
Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you




A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
A current Working with Children's Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
