About Us:

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team and uphold our exceptional service standards. This will be a casual position, with the possibility of leading to part-time or full-time hours.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to guide a team while leading by example. You'll work in a fun, supportive, and professional setting where teamwork and exceptional service are valued.
Ideal for hospitality-focused professionals, this position offers predominantly daytime hours, helping to support a healthy work-life balance. Additional benefits include free on-site parking and complimentary lunch provided daily.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring service standards, operational efficiency, and financial objectives are achieved.
· Lead, supervise, train, and support Food and Beverage staff.
· Coordinate and oversee the delivery of member functions, golf events, corporate functions,
and external events, ensuring customer expectations and club standards are consistently met.
· Ensure compliance with all Work Health and Safety (WHS), food safety, liquor licensing, and Club policies and procedures, taking appropriate action to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
· Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure adequate stock availability while maintaining effective stock rotation and minimising waste.
· Resolve member and guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, exercising sound judgement to achieve positive outcomes.
· Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and other department leaders to implement operational improvements, develop service initiatives, and support the achievement of the Club's strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must hold Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality supervisory role, preferably in a club environment.
Current Driver's Licence.
Knowledge of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award **** is highly desirable.
