Your Role
As the
Accounts Payable Officer
, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of day-to-day accounts payable operations.
You'll:
Process invoices,



raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching and coding
Reconcile creditor accounts, credit cards and process payments
Support payroll and assist with fleet administration as required
Manage supplier and internal stakeholder queries efficiently
Assist with general finance administration, including filing and records management
Coordinate travel bookings and support broader accounts team functions as needed
What you'll bring:
Previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance administration role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
Self-motivated, dependable and proactive in approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Exposure to accounting systems such as MYOB, NetSuite or similar
