About the Role
Working closely with our sales team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to our sales agents.
Coordinating property listings from appraisal through to settlement.
Preparing agency agreements, contracts and sales documentation.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and conveyancers.
Managing property marketing campaigns, advertising and social media.
Coordinating photography, floorplans, signboards and marketing materials.
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and database systems.
Assisting with market appraisals and listing presentations.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
Who We're Looking For

Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Is confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone.
Has a genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Is self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
Can manage competing priorities and work independently.
Has strong computer skills and can quickly learn new systems.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Holds a current driver's licence.
