The Role
We are seeking a
permanent part-time Floorplan Technician
to join our vibrant corporate services team. This unique role sits at the heart of our property marketing process – helping showcase homes with professional, accurate and visually appealing floorplans used across print, digital, and listing platforms.
You'll be working with a supportive, close-knit team in a well-structured environment that values autonomy, attention to detail, and consistency. The position offers
flexible hours across the week (Mon-Fri)
, making it ideal for someone who wants work-life balance while still being part of a leading real estate brand.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Visiting properties across Southern Tasmania to take detailed on-site measurements
Creating & amending floorplans using Adobe Illustrator & InDesign (template-based)
Managing floorplan bookings and consultant requests
Coordinating calendars and keeping communication streamlined
Liaising with internal teams to ensure marketing deadlines are met
What You'll Bring:
Technical skills and spatial awareness
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator & InDesign
Excellent time management and communication skills
A current driver's licence
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Friendly, skilled, and well-presented approach with clients and colleagues
Interest in property or real estate (an advantage)
What We Offer:
Permanent part-time role with flexible working hours
Salary
pro rata based on hours worked
(full-time equivalent $60,000-$62,000 including super)
