The Positive Guys Group is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to manage and resolve inbound inquiries, provide quoting and order fulfilment services, and handle backorders with supplier coordination. You will ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high CSAT and NPAS standards.
Ideal candidates have strong case management experience, excellent communication skills, and are adept at using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
