Paid Media Coordinator
who is passionate about digital advertising, campaign optimisation and delivering measurable results.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
6–18+ months' experience
in paid social or digital media who is eager to further develop their technical skills while working across high-profile consumer brands. In this hands‐on role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including
Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and optimised to achieve outstanding performance. Working closely with Planning, Brand Marketing and Analytics teams, you'll gain exposure to large-scale campaigns, performance reporting and continuous optimisation in a collaborative environment.

Work across leading social advertising platforms and well‐known consumer brands
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Execute end‐to‐end paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing and ongoing optimisation to achieve performance objectives
Work closely with Planning and Brand Marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into successful media executions




Monitor campaign budgets, performance and delivery timelines while ensuring campaigns launch on schedule
Produce weekly and monthly campaign reports, providing meaningful insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Maintain campaign trackers and ensure all creative assets and platform requirements are met
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across marketing, analytics and media teams
Requirements
6–18+ months' experience in paid social or digital media, either agency or client‐side
Hands‐on experience setting up and managing campaigns within
Meta Ads Manager
,
TikTok Ads Manager
and ideally
Pinterest Ads
Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, optimisation, budgeting and performance reporting
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Google Looker Studio or similar reporting tools will be highly regarded
A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
