We're looking for a proactive and reliable Driver & Yardsperson who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team. This is a hands-on role where flexibility is key, with overtime and periodic night shift project installations forming part of the role.
Based out of our Menangle Park depot, this role combines driving, yard operations and on-site project work. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team and having no two days the same, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Reporting to the Hire Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our hire operations running smoothly. This is a diverse role combining truck driving, yard operations, equipment preparation, deliveries, installations, removals and general equipment maintenance.
One day you may be preparing equipment in the yard, while the next you could be delivering and installing equipment on customer sites as part of a project team. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, adapt to changing priorities and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver, collect and install hire equipment across customer sites.
Prepare and dispatch equipment for hire.
Carry out equipment inspections and quality checks.
Perform general yard duties and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
Assist with project installations and equipment removals.
Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance on VMS boards and associated equipment.




Clean and maintain water-filled barriers and related products.
Safely load and unload equipment using forklifts and other handling equipment.
Maintain service records and maintenance logs.
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the RSEA brand.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current HR Truck Licence (essential).
A current LF Forklift Licence.
Reliable transport.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Valuable attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist wherever required.
Flexibility to work overtime and participate in periodic night shift and weekend project installations as required.
Highly Regarded
Experience in transport, freight, logistics or multi-drop deliveries.
Previous experience within equipment hire, construction or industrial environments.
Welding or poly welding experience.
Auto electrical or mechanical experience.
Experience operating trailers or towing equipment.
Traffic control or civil construction experience.
