As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead [JD1] to take ownership of project delivery from contract award through to practical completion.
This is a newly created role that is responsible for ensuring projects are planned effectively, delivered safely, remain commercially profitable and consistently exceed client expectations.
Predominantly based in our East Rockingham office, the role includes regular travel to metropolitan and regional project sites throughout Western Australia.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects from award through to completion.
You'll work closely with our Estimating, Operations, Commercial, HSEQ and Site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with client expectations.
This is a commercially focused role requiring someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships and proactively managing project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through to practical completion.
Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate mobilisation activities.




Develop project execution plans, delivery programmes and resource plans.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and commercial performance.
Monitor labour productivity, project progress and resource utilisation.
Identify project risks, delays and commercial issues early, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Manage procurement, subcontractors and supplier performance.
Prepare project forecasts, reporting and commercial updates for senior management.
Administer contracts, variations, progress claims and project documentation.
Lead regular client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and delivery performance.
Coordinate and manage project site team(s) and internal support team(s) to achieve successful project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience managing electrical project portfolios across large scale mining, industrial and/or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience delivering projects from contract award through to completion.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in project budgeting, forecasting and cost control.




Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify project risks early and implement practical solutions.
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Project Management qualification.
Experience delivering multidisciplinary electrical projects.
