Supporting practice growth through excellent patient experiences and continuity of care. Participating in leadership, supervision, or mentoring activities where appropriate. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement patient management and preventative health plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals,



specialists, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement and accreditation activities within the practice. Promote preventative healthcare and patient education initiatives.
Supervise and mentor GP registrars where applicable. Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the practice through clinical excellence and patient engagement.
QualificationsEssentialUnrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent specialist General Practice qualification.Eligibility to work independently within Australia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
DesirablePrevious experience in mixed billing or private practice settings.Interest in teaching, mentoring, or becoming a GP Supervisor.Demonstrated leadership skills or aspirations for future leadership roles.Experience managing a broad range of general practice presentations.
