We seek an experienced
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead our dynamic Warehouse Operations Team located in Mornington, VIC
. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound operations and return logistics while ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate processes. For the first three months, this role will be based at our
Bayswater Hub
to complete comprehensive onboarding and training before transitioning to our Mornington Warehouse. Ongoing support to the Bayswater Operations team may also be required from time to time to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage inbound operations, including unloading, receipting, and storage.
Oversee return logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost reductions.
Perform quality checks on received goods and ensure proper documentation.
Supervise and develop the warehouse team, driving performance and maintaining training compliance.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines (WHS)



and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis for process errors.
Manage and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to minimize operational downtime.
Your qualities will include:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in warehousing, particularly inbound flows.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
Organised and proactive.
Outgoing motivated personality.
