Production Assistant

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and working as part of a supportive, close‐knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phones, managing emails, and assisting with customer enquiries
Processing customer orders and raising jobs in Oracle based on supplied drawings and specifications
Liaising with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is received
Using the LiSEC system to convert orders into production paperwork
Assisting with batching and optimising production for factory operations




Supporting the team to ensure smooth day‐to‐day workflow and communication
About You
Experience is not essential – we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and qualified approach
Confidence in dealing with customers and internal team members
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‐paced environment
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
Experience with Oracle or LiSEC systems (desirable but not essential)
