We are looking for a Maintenance/Handyperson to join our team. The role is responsible for carrying out a broad range of maintenance, repairs & minor installation work across the properties. The successful candidate will have solid practical skills and experience across a variety of trade-related tasks, including but not limited to:
General building & routine property maintenance
Minor carpentry, plumbing & electrical repairs (within qualification and competency requirements)
Repairs to fixtures, fittings, equipment & facilities.
Swimming pool maintenance (2 pools) current certification a bonus but training can be provided.
Work days span Mondays to Fridays.
Must be able to work independently and make decisions.
The ability to communicate with and co-ordinate off-site Trades.
This position reports to the General Manager.
