KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations
Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI's
Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance




Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels
ABOUT YOU
Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality
Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products
RSA certification and ability to speak a second language (desirable but not essential)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
Location: Melbourne Airport
Full time position: 76 hours' fortnightly
Part time position: 60 hours' fortnightly
2 week rotating roster
Availability to work a adaptable schedule including weekends and public holidays
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold full Australian working rights. It is recommended to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
