As an Internal Sales Team Member, you play a vital role in keeping our customers moving. You'll be the key link between our products and our customers - ensuring smooth order processing, delivering excellent service, and building long-term relationships. What You'll Be Doing
Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
Building strong, lasting customer relationships
Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Intermediate computer skills and the ability to multitask
A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
