Full time = 37.5 hours:
Monday to Friday.
Flexibility in how you want to build your hours over the week.
1 hour lunch break




In clinic
School and home visits – on a when needed basis
Gradual progression of impact hours over a 6 month period.
Target of 25 hours by 6 month period (on an individual basis)
Impact hours include direct and indirect time.
Weekly 1 hour one-on-one supervision with Senior Therapist. Plus open door environment – always someone available to help you.
Full admin team support – only focus on being a therapist.
Allocated time for clinical admin tasks e.g. report writing.
Weekly transdisciplinary team case conferences.
Scheduled daily team lunch break.
Twice yearly whole team planning days.
Team building activities every 3-6 months.
