Part-Time (8 Hours per Week), Commercial Maintenance Technician
to join our team as part of the Commercial Division.
This position is located in Quakertown, PA
and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an industrial warehouse. When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry that has been in business for over 55 years.
Rate:
Starting between $***** per hour depending on experience.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm as needed up to 8 hours a week.

Role and Responsibilities:




Performing repairs throughout the building and tenant spaces while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work.
Performing and managing routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies.
Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting
Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
Contractor Management: Supervise contractors responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and heating equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, automated control systems, and HVAC systems.
Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
Providing high-quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.
Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately.
Requirements:
Prior commercial maintenance experience is but not required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working smart phone.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
