Food Services Assistant (Casual)
Location: Cabrini Elsternwick
Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday AM/PM shifts
We are looking for a dedicated Food Services Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
As a valued member of our Support Services team, you may:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, deliver, and serve meals with care and attention to detail
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and hygienic workplace for patients and staff
Assist with cleaning, kitchen duties, laundry, and stock management
What we're looking for
Experience in food service, cleaning, hospitality, or similar roles (preferable)
Food Handlers Certificate (or the willingness to undertake at Cabrini)
Knowledge of culinary and nutritional terminology including diet codes (preferable)
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to build positive and skilled working relationships
