Band 7 salary from $115,******per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO

About the role
As a member of the ERP team, this position is required to lead business readiness, change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities that support the ongoing optimisation, enhancement and governance of Council's TechnologyOne ERP platform and related digital solutions.
Reporting to the Manager ERP, you will play a key role in ensuring organisational readiness, adoption and capability uplift arising from Wyndham City Council's Business Transformation Program (BTP). Working across a broad range of business areas, you will partner with stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes through structured change management practices, effective communications, targeted training initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies.
This role involves coordinating change impacts, readiness assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities and adoption initiatives to support enterprise-wide system enhancements and continuous improvement programs. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders and end users to help embed sustainable ways of working and maximise the value realised from Council's digital investments.
Utilising your expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement and business transformation will be pivotal to your success as you support the organisation through a significant period of digital and operational evolution.
What your day will look like
Leading and delivering change management, business readiness and communication activities supporting ERP enhancements and transformation initiatives.
Undertaking stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness reviews and resistance management activities across multiple business areas.
Developing and coordinating communication materials, user guidance documents and change-related artefacts to support organisational adoption.
Coordination of training, working groups, capability uplift initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Monitoring organisational readiness, adoption outcomes,



stakeholder feedback and implementation risks while providing recommendations to support successful change outcomes.
What you will bring
Degree or diploma qualification in Change Management, Business, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline, or with several years of subsequent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering change management and business readiness activities within large and complex transformation programs or enterprise system environments.
Experience supporting ERP implementation, optimisation or continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within TechnologyOne or a similar enterprise platform.
Experience in a local government setting desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across all organisational levels.
Demonstrated ability to prepare communication materials, training support resources and organisational readiness documentation, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
