Victoria University Secondary College is a multi campus school, comprising of a Junior Campus located in Deer Park, a Senior Campus with a Trade Training Centre located in Cairnlea and a Flexible Learning Option iCAN centre located in St Albans. Review professional recommendations about student learning difficulties and disabilities, and work with teachers to plan for adjustments
Assist with coordination and planning of student routines
to specific students within a classroom setting
Address immediate behaviour issues in partnership with the teacher relating
Assist teachers with communication to parents about routines and access to learning activities
Contribute to data collection which supports Disability Inclusion Profiles




Participate in family (Student Support Group) meetings
Assist with students in the playground and sporting activities
Set up and put away equipment and materials in support of teaching programs
Observe students and draw the attention to the teacher where necessary
Assist in the translation of documents
Assist where / when required in the Library area
Other duties that may be required by the Business Manager, Principal
Responsibilities
Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff.
Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.
Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments and transfers.
Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions and projects.
Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers and other workers to the school.
