We're looking for a motivated
Property Manager / Inspections Manager
with around
1-2 years of industry experience
who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll become part of an experienced, collaborative team where you'll never be left to figure things out on your own. Whether it's handling inspections, supporting portfolio management or expanding your skills across all areas of property management, we'll provide the guidance and mentoring to help you grow.
About the Role
This is a varied position combining routine inspections with property management responsibilities,
giving you exposure across all aspects of the role while working with an experienced team.
Our portfolio is primarily located throughout the southern Gold Coast, although we also manage properties in the northern suburbs.
What You'll Need
1-2 years' experience in residential property management
Current driver's licence & own car
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work well within a supportive team environment
