Powerhouse Parramatta is seeking a Senior Visitor Host to lead front-of-house operations and ensure a warm, welcoming visitor experience. You will assist with shift coordination, act as a first point of contact for guest and operational matters, help coordinate guest flow during exhibitions and events, and support the coaching and onboarding of Hosts to keep service standards consistent across the site.
