About The Role
Architectus is seeking a creative and adept all-round Interior Designer to work across large scale residential and multi-res projects as part of our Living Sector team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping critical projects nationally, bringing a dedication to design and delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with project and design leads to develop and deliver design concepts through to documentation and delivery
Support the team to prepare presentation packages and articulate strong project narratives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants,
contractors and internal teams
Contribute strongly to the delivery of technical design documents
Provide input to and undertake network development, knowledge management, operational improvement, and design review processes initiatives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
4+ years post-graduate experience in interiors, with exposure to large-scale residential and mixed-use building (essential)
Competent in Revit, Adobe and InDesign
Solid knowledge of materials, construction methods and relevant codes
