The Role
As an on-call Receptionist, you'll step into busy offices and keep things running smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls
Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
General administration, data entry and document preparation
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Providing support to office teams as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk or Administration




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Availability to accept work at short notice is highly regarded
Real Estate experience is advantageous but not essential
