About the Role: Roofing Supervisor
As our Roofing Supervisor, you'll run the day-to-day execution of residential roofing projects-making sure every site is measured correctly, every job is set up properly, and every issue is captured early and resolved fast.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends site supervision with practical problem-solving. You'll be out on the road daily, working through planned site runs and inspections, supporting the team and protecting quality from start to finish.
We are looking for supervisors in all areas of Southeast Qld.
What you'll be responsible for
You will:
Complete
daily site runs
planned in BOS, our custom-built software (site inspections, roof measures, brick and parapet flashing measures)
Be competent in all areas of metal roofing.
Conduct
defect inspections and rectifications
, including small finish-up tasks as needed
Manage
warranty and leak inspections
, documenting issues and coordinating rectification work




Proactively liaise with builders on:
edge protection and scaffold requirements
site readiness and sequencing
frame rectifications and structural concerns
Ensure clear, accurate
site notes are entered into BOS
using correct roofing terminology
Oversee roofing and flashing progress to ensure work meets
company standards, safety requirements, and building codes
