As a Account Managerwithin our Industrial team, you will manage a 360° desk focusing on recruitment across Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics and Trades & Services. You will take pride in guiding employers through every stage of the hiring process, from initial client engagement to successful placement and aftercare, demonstrating your expertise, skill, and dedication. You will be supported by a mentor and have access to our comprehensive learning and development platform for continuous growth.

What you will be doing
Develop and manage relationships within the Industrial Sector
Recruit across several key accounts
Engage in business development with new clients
Interviewing and assessing blue-collar candidates for suitability
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating pre-employment checks and compliance documentation
Ensuring smooth and productive onboarding of new starters
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment function
Conduct headhunting, candidate attraction, and talent pooling
Oversee screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
Stay informed on industry trends and market knowledge
