As a member of the Cleaning team at Bethlehem House , you will be providing high quality cleaning services for our residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
About the Role:
Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents rooms
Supporting your peers and maintaining a co operative team spirit
Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you'll need
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people




Ability to establish and maintain qualified and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
A reliable team player
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
