Silverchain in NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome clients, care workers and stakeholders, handling inbound calls with professionalism.
You will be the first point of contact, resolving enquiries, and coordinating ad-hoc requests, with training at the Bella Vista office.
This full-time permanent role offers a versatile hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 from home after training, with work hours 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
