Domain, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the full life cycle of recruiting from offer to pre-employment. You will coordinate interviews (virtual and onsite), generate offers, and manage background checks while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
You will act as a liaison with the Talent Acquisition team, track hiring progress in real time, and produce reports for stakeholders, driving efficiency and quality in hiring across the organization.
