The Role
This role will provide administrative support to the Health, Special Issues and Property practice group. Your responsibilities include:
Effectively managing and maintaining multiple inboxes and calendars, as well as monitoring court and client timeframes and providing reminders as necessary
Accepting client instructions through our client portal, Legal Panel Gateway (LPG)
Uploading documents to corresponding KPI orders on LPG
Updating Affinity data and opening claims in Netdocs case management system
Drafting correspondence
Diarising matter reminders, ensuring matters are up to date
Running reports from LPG and monitoring compliance
Following up queries relating to data with solicitors, secretaries and clients
What You Offer
A background in Data / Reporting / Legal Administration
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work for long periods with data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi‐task
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision




Knowledge of Affinity, LPG Gateway and NetDocuments would be beneficial, but not essential
Effective time and project management skills
Prior legal or professional service experience preferable
Work closely with and under instructions from the Compliance Officer to ensure data compliance
