Adheseal is a proudly family-owned Australian business supplying adhesives, sealants, waterproofing and concrete repair products to qualified trades across Australia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to become an important part of our Gold Coast branch.
About the Role
This is a hands-on all-rounder role combining customer service, counter sales, branch operations, and general team support.
You'll work closely with trade customers, and the internal team to help keep the branch running efficiently day to day. The role includes processing orders and assisting customers to coordinating stock and supporting operations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved across all aspects of the branch, takes initiative, and wants to contribute to the long-term success and growth of the business.
This role suits someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys working with people, and likes being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting trade customers with enquiries, orders, and product advice
Processing customer orders
Coordinating incoming and outgoing stock
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Assisting with deliveries and general branch operations
Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse organisation
Supporting the team across all areas of the branch as required
Helping deliver the high level of service Adheseal is known for




Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Initiative and willingness to take ownership
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Experience in internal sales, customer service, trade supplies, branch operations, or similar environments will be highly regarded
