Up to $54 per hour + super depending on experience
Fully office-based, part-time opportunity
Working hours: Tuesday to Thursday (24 hours per week)

The role
Be the face of the Sydney office, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for employees, visitors and vendors
Partner with teams across Europe, the UK, Ireland and the US




Plan and deliver workplace engagement initiatives, events, day-to-day operations and team celebrations
Support onboarding and help foster a welcoming and inclusive office culture
Contribute to workplace improvement projects and help drive cutting-edge initiatives
Lead facilities management responsibilities, including building maintenance, contractor management, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
About you
Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or a similar role
Experience working within a global organisation or collaborating across multiple time zones
Confident working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and building office culture
A confident communicator who enjoys being the go-to person within the office
Interest in technology, innovation and AI is highly regarded
