$81.7K - $121K inc super (FTE)

Location:
Northern Sydney region
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Northern Sydney team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.
This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You'll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team.
You'll work directly with participants in their everyday environments - home, school, or community - helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.

What your day will look like
You will:
Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings
Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks
Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional,



and meaningful
Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills
Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team
Qualifications
What you bring:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (state-based)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You,click here to access
International police check (if required)
