As Boutique Manager, You Will

Lead, coach and develop a team, including permanent and seasonal team membersCreate a premium, high-end sales environment through exceptional presentation, communication and service standardsDrive sales performance, KPIs and commercial outcomes while identifying new business opportunitiesBuild strong, long-term relationships with a discerning and exclusive clienteleBring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to growing the boutique and its local customer baseCreate a stable, engaged and high-performing team cultureTake ownership of rostering, ensuring strong coverage across peak trade periods, with weekend availability essentialMaintain exceptional personal presentation, grooming and professional standardsEnsure the boutique consistently reflects the quality, heritage and reputation of the brandManage day-to-day operations, administration and compliance with a high level of organisation and attention to detail

About You

You may come from a luxury retail background, or bring strong leadership experience from another premium customer-focused environment.
