About The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. The role offers a varied mix of accounts, customer service, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.Process customer sales orders, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records in D365.Perform stock reconciliations and ensure financial and inventory data is accurate and up to date.Assist with month-end reporting, financial administration, and maintaining organised business records.Provide general administrative support while contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the business.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or finance administration role.Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial administration.High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP systems such as D365 highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience within a trade, construction, or service-based business will be highly regarded.
