CTL Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop a long-term career in sales within the mining and industrial sector.
No previous mining experience is required. If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you everything else.
The Opportunity
As part of the CTL Australia sales team, you'll play an important role in building relationships with new and existing customers across Australia's mining and industrial industries.
You'll learn our extensive product range, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities, support customers and work alongside an experienced team committed to helping you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate new business through outbound phone calls and customer engagement.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow up outstanding opportunities.




Learn and promote CTL Australia's product range and services.
Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling when required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude just as much as the right skills.
You'll have:

Confidence communicating with customers over the phone.
Solid relationship-building skills.
Ambition and a genuine desire to build a successful sales career.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
The ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems.
A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).
Forklift Licence (Preferred).
MR Licence (Preferred).
Previous sales or mining experience is advantageous but
not essential
