Wheelie Rooms Pty Ltd is a proudly Australian-owned designer and manufacturer of mobile Tiny Homes. With manufacturing hubs in Meadowbrook Queensland and Cheltenham Victoria, and a powerful online marketing and social media presence generating strong enquiry volumes, we are experiencing rapid growth, and are now looking to position an exceptional Sales professional on a new site near Adelaide to create a physical presence and successful business in the South Australian market.

Wheelie Rooms invests heavily in digital marketing, social media, and brand awareness, generating a consistent flow of prospective client enquiries.
Your role will be to:
Represent Wheelie Rooms at a dedicated site in South Australia.
Be first. Respond to incoming leads and online enquiries to establish market leading service levels with our customers.




Create the
experience

Actively attend statewide and National Tiny Home Expo events creating brand presence and interest.
Be available to meet and greet prospective customers to show and demonstrate our product.
Build the
experience
.
Build rapport and understand customers' lifestyle, investment, accommodation, or business objectives.
Style the
experience
.
Create commitment and convert interest into action -
Live the
experience.
Work strategically to build long-term client and community relationships and develop market networks and referral business.
Introduce associated after-sales offerings, including trade support and professional maintenance services.
Close sales through to collection of the initial deposit.
Undertake detailed design consultations and handover Sales to Operations.
You'll be supported by a recognised Australian brand, outstanding products, proven systems, and a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You
We are seeking high-performing sales professionals who want to take control of their future:
Have a strong track record in consultative sales and closing.
Are confident managing high-value customer enquiries.
Understand how to build trust and create urgency without pressure selling.
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Are self-motivated, organised,



and results-driven.
Enjoy working with a growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
Can effectively manage leads and sales pipelines for high value products.
Have experience in residential construction, modular homes, caravans, property, automotive, lifestyle products, or similarly high-value sales environments.
Most importantly, you are motivated by success and want your income to reflect your performance.
