Jayco Adelaide is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic caravan service centre at our purpose-built dealership in West Beach. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will guide customers through our accredited service and repair processes, ensuring they are informed at every stage. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing front-line communications to arrange repairs and maintenance for caravans and motorhomes
- Maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Creating job repair orders, invoicing, and quoting




- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, a keen attention to detail, and a focus on outcomes. Teamwork and adherence to clear processes are essential. Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
