Weighbridge Operator – Epping Recycling Facility Productivity and Results Alex Fraser is Australia's leading provider of sustainable construction materials and resource recovery solutions. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our team at our Epping Recycling Facility This is an excellent chance for an organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the weighbridge, coordinating vehicle movements, and providing exceptional service to customers, transport operators, and contractors visiting the site. Experience within transport, logistics, freight, recycling, waste management, or a similar industrial environment will be highly regarded; however, training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturday shifts as required by business needs.
In your new role, you will:
Operate the site weighbridge and accurately process inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
Manage customer and driver interactions in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate vehicle movements to ensure safe site access and traffic flow.
Process delivery dockets, invoices, and site documentation accurately.
Maintain accurate records within site systems.
Work closely with operations personnel to support efficient site performance.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and operational requirements.




Assist in resolving customer and driver queries in a timely manner.
