Salary Range: $85,176 - $103,000 (+ PD budget)
Support from Director with > 20 years experience and other team members.
Support to attend the SOS Approach to Feeding 4-day Training in February ****.
About the Business
We are looking for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist who values working in a team environment that is supportive, warm, and fun. We have a position available for a new graduate or experienced speech pathologist to join our team. A choice of a full-time or part-time position is available.
Eatability Feeding Services is a private paediatric speech pathology practice. Established in ****, we provide highly accredited speech, language, early play/interaction, AAC and feeding services. We will provide you with a caseload tailored to your areas of interest.
Do you need more experience with feeding? We will support you to attend the SOS Approach to Feeding 4 day Training Course in Brisbane in February ****. You will be provided with 1-3 hours of weekly mentoring and support for your caseload in the first 12 months from our Director who has > 20 years of experience.

We work with children with disabilities including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Genetic Disorders.
About the role
You will work within a team of speech pathologists to provide assessment and therapy interventions primarily with infants and young children (3-12 years). You will complete assessments, create written reports, coach/support caregivers and provide interventions for each child.
The role involves delivering services in our clinic in Prospect and via Telehealth. Some services may be required in the community such as home, childcare and school. You will receive a high level of mentoring, support, and supervision. If appropriate, you may be required to mentor junior therapists & students as well as be offered leadership opportunities.
About You

Eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia (Bachelor or Master's Degree)
and eligible to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.
Eligible for a NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check.
What we can offer you:
Secure, salaried position (full-time is preferred).
Work within your area of passion and interest. The current areas include speech, language, feeding, dysphagia, social skills, and AAC.
Over 100+ hours of professional development, mentoring, and supervision in your first 3 months.
Direct training and supervision from a speech pathologist with over 20 years' experience, and support from other speech pathologists in the clinic.
You will be supported to build your caseload to 4-5 billable hours per day over the first 3-6 months.
Clinic based appointments in your own room with a full set of assessment/therapy resources. You can choose to do community visits if this interests you, and you will receive a travel reimbursement.
Your own work laptop.
Support from experienced staff on site when you need it (on top of scheduled supervision sessions).
Ability to work within a newly renovated clinic with outstanding amenities and onsite car parking.
