The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the Production Team Leader is to oversee operational responsibilities within the glass production line, ensuring the safe, productive, and compliant production of the 60ml juice shots. This includes monitoring team performance, maintaining production standards, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.
We currently have a number of exciting opportunities available on both Day Shift and Afternoon Shift for experienced Team Leaders to join our team.

Role Requirements
Undertake operational responsibilities across the filling section: including filling, capping and packing.
Coordinate daily production activities to meet throughput, yield, and quality targets.
Allocate labour across designated sub-groups and monitor team performance.
Monitor performance of OH&S; systems and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Monitor food safety and quality systems including HACCP and CCP requirements.
Provide technical coordination of filling line equipment and troubleshooting routine issues.
Maintain production records and reporting on work performance.
Support training, mentoring, and development of team members.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure safe operation of the filling line.
Achieving production targets.
Compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Effective coordination of team performance.
Minimisation of downtime and waste.
What You Will Bring
3+ Years experience working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment in food, beverage or dairy in a supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in undertaking operational responsibilities within a production operational environment.
Proven ability to coordinate and monitor team performance in a manufacturing setting.
Sound knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) systems and monitoring requirements.
Understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP principles.
Intermediate troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
