40 to 50 hour weeks – Flat Rate
$40–$55 per hour
, depending on your qualifications and licences
LAHA (Living Away from Home Allowance)

About the Role
As part of the Maintenance Road Crew, you'll be responsible for a variety of road maintenance and civil construction tasks, including:
Road construction, reconstruction and maintenance
Culvert and headwall installation, replacement and maintenance
Off-road drainage maintenance
Sign and guidepost installation and replacement
Holding line installation
Operating minor plant and equipment in accordance with documented procedures
Roadside and parking bay litter collection
Cleaning public ablution facilities
Graffiti removal
Wire rope and W-beam safety barrier repairs
Vegetation management including brush cutting, herbicide application and pruning
Reading and following basic technical documentation and work instructions
Completing work to Main Roads WA specifications and quality standards
Pay Rates




Hourly rates range from
$40 to $55 per hour
, depending on your experience and the following qualifications:
Traffic Control / Traffic Management Tickets
HC (Heavy Combination) Truck Licence
Skid Steer Ticket
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Construction White Card
Current C Class Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly regarded)
First Aid Certificate
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including:
Medical history questionnaire
Medical assessment
Drug and alcohol screening
Baseline hearing assessment
Functional musculoskeletal assessment
Highly Regarded
Candidates with any of the following will be viewed favourably:
Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM)
Traffic Control (TC) Accreditation
HC (Heavy Combination) Licence
Skid Steer Loader Ticket
