The role
This is a genuine early-career opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, learn quickly and grow with a respected custom home builder. You'll support our estimating and construction teams across the full project lifecycle — from tendering and pre-construction through to scheduling, claims, variations and handover. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect commitment, accountability and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you'll be doing
Supporting estimating by assisting with take-offs, tender deadlines and pricing requests from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assisting with pre-construction administration, including council lodgements, client selections, insurance requirements and schedule updates.
Helping coordinate construction activity by supporting schedules,



raising purchase orders and matching invoices to POs and budget lines.
Building your commercial knowledge by assisting with variations, progress claims and client invoicing as your confidence grows.
Keeping communication clear and timely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal team.
Supporting handover by helping manage defects, follow up trades, schedule works and coordinate council notifications.
