About the Role
We are seeking a polished and highly organised Sales Administrator to support a agile team across property campaigns, marketing execution, and transaction delivery. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in achieving exceptional results. You will play a key part in ensuring every campaign is executed seamlessly and to a six-star standard. Comprehensive training on systems, processes, and best practices will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or advance their career in real estate.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate media bookings including photography, videography, floorplans, and copywriting
Prepare property brochures, signboards, and online campaign content
Assist with social media scheduling and promotions
Create and manage letters, flyers,



and direct mail campaigns
Coordinate flyer distribution with external partners
Prepare auction packs for agents
Process property sales accurately and efficiently
Liaise with conveyancers to support contract exchange and settlement
Skills & Experience
You will bring: Strong organisational and time‐management skills. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Confident communication and client service skills. Interest in real estate or property services. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid‐paced environment. Real estate experience is valued but not essential.
