casual Barista
to join our Mareeba team.

Your role will include:
Preparing consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.
Dialling in grinders and maintaining brew ratios throughout the day.
Producing quality milk texture and basic latte art.




Welcoming guests and sharing your knowledge of our Australian coffee, chocolate, liqueurs and gift range.
Providing guided coffee and liqueur tastings.
Helping create an enjoyable experience that keeps guests coming back.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years' experience
in a high-volume café or espresso bar.
Confident working independently during busy service periods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
A genuine team player with a positive attitude.
The Details
Casual position.
Opportunity to progress into a permanent part time role.
Daytime hours generally between
7:30am and 3:30pm
.
Availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential.
